Like A Natural Woman ~ Morning Prayer

To my Abba, who bequeathed us with intellect, creativity and choice. We have it all in an age where footpaths and sky overhead are so much less than the Garden view.
Natural man with his feel like a natural woman ate an apple and the buffet was downgraded.
But, You, You gave your heart, the Apple of Your eye. So natural man and this feel like a natural woman were rescued by spiritual man, the Son of God and Son of man.
That is the miracle. There is the healing. Manifest in the Second Mile Man. Metaphors mix in a revved up mind.
Come to the table! Come break the bread...

And I hear a young son's voice say, "This is amazing."
Oh Abba, when will dinner be ready? I'm famished.

  1. Didn't realize you had a new post until I flew here. Somehow my dashboard had not logged it in. I was just thinking about you Melanie. This post is so much of what has been circling in my mind. The garden, the table, feasts, the natural, the spiritual, the Rock, you, Andrew, your family and MORE. They all connect in ways I can't begin to understand. Proverbs 3:5-6 Hang on to the 'More' part. The meal and our place at the table are being prepared. Talk about a fabulous 'place setting'... It will be glorious! I pray we can minister together sometime and invite others to come to the feast. Love to you my friend, B

  14. Thanks for your e-Mail this morning, Melaine. I am praying with you and traveling with you through your navigation of the 5 Psalms A Day plus a Proverb. This treck is never ending and is over hills and mountains and around steep curves - yet at the top of a steep hill comes the 'spacious place' - this being the very place you ARE now - feasting at His Table.

This speaks to my heart because Shepherd's Walk came to fruition after God first spoke those same Words to me...

"Come to the table!" Come break the bread...with ME..."
