Saturday Stirrings ~ See I Throw Like A Girl for more recipes.
My youngest son, Skate~Boy, enjoys mixing up these cookies on his own.
1 cup peanut butter (I use natural pb.)
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Mix and shape into small balls. Makes about a dozen.
Place on greased baking sheet and flatten slightly w/a fork.
Bake @350 for the usual time.
I go by this ~ When you smell 'em, they're about done!
