Remember the hope to which you have been called; remember that God goes before you , and that HE will strengthen you and uphold you with HIS righteous right hand.

  2. I pray that you will be able to go home, and soon. I pray for strength for Andrew as he travels this horrible path. I pray that he will see God's plan, embrace it, and stand stronger because of it. I pray that your family will continue to feel God's love through this tremendous trial. I lift you up and place you in the Lord's hands, because he is the only one who knows what you need at any given moment. Praying now and continually for you all.

May you rest in the knowledge that God will never leave you nor forsake you! May His peace and healing rain fall down on all of you.

  8. Oh, Melanie. I can't even imagine how ready all of you are to be home.

I just prayed for Andrew today on my way home. I have his needs list right in my planner (that I carry with me everywhere). When I see the list, I pray for him.

His Grace is sufficient for you.

  22. Dear Mel: My family here in Mississippi are praying for Andrew! Your Grandfather G.G. Williams was my Mom's Pastor when she was a teenager and your Dad, Don, was our Pastor for a while in Hattiesburg. My Mom, Aquilla, who is close friends with June told us about Andrew...Just wanted to let you know we are standing with you in prayer. Also, scriptures that have meant a lot to me-Romans 8:11: "But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you." and Matt. 11:22b: "...the Kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and violent take it by force!" We love you!

  24. Thanks for you note to me today. I love you too. I pray you are home SOON. I sent A. a gift to your house a couple of weeks ago. Hoped it would provide some entertainment and encouragement. Is there a movie he would enjoy? I would love to send one. Just need a title. I pray you are getting rest Melanie. I know this is taking a toll on you. I keep thinking of the prison doors(hospital doors) opening during praise and you guys escaping like that story in the Bible. Asking God to supernaturally intervene and show Himself strong in Andrew and all of your family! Love you, Barbara

  27. Praying for you to be able to go home soon. I know how hard sitting in a hospital day after day, and the longest I have had to do it is a week with my daughter. I will be in Gainesville at Shands endoscopy center on Monday if you are still there and would like me to do anything for you I would be glad to. My daughter will be becoming very familiar w/ Shands because she is beginning a clinical trial next week, and will be there quite frequently. There is not a day that goes by that I am not thinking of you and Andrew. My prayers have been many. Jackie

  32. Oh, God, please give this precious family strength & endurance, peace & patience, Your presence & Your comfort. Heal Andrew enough to be able to go home. I ask that You give them just enough: enough healing to take him home, enough strength to get through another day, enough comfort to sense Your presence, enough patience & endurance to accept whatever You allow at this time, enough focus to look ahead just to tomorrow, enough trust to KNOW that You have the best plan for them, enough rest & sleep to get them through, & to know that You ARE ENOUGH. I pray these thing in the mighty name of Jesus!
