"Orange You Glad" Flip Flops
Puppy ~ priceless!
Yesterday was my birthday (pics below). Today I felt "creatively crafty" so I embellished my new orange flip flops.
I cut several 1" x 4" strips from the free blouse above. Best to use stretchy fabric. The blouse was polyester. Perfect!
I adore the yellow and orange of these roses! I adore this boy!
Love the flip flops; I live in them!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to you!
Hugs,
Debbie

ReplyDeleteLove those flip flops and the nail polish color. I got some flip flops today at Wahlgreen's, some of the cutest I've seen this summer, they had a huge stack of boxed Corky's flip flops with a slight raise at the back.:)

ReplyDeleteLovin your creativity! Cutie flops!
ReplyDeleteI am seriously loving this... and now that I am inspired, I can't wait to get to Hobby Lobby!
ReplyDeleteOh...so sad that I missed your birthday!! You are having quite the summer!! I had a period of a few years where I had $60/wk to spend. That included groceries, diapers, formula for multiple kiddos--I had three under three. I became queen of thrift. An awesome garage sale find really floated my boat. It is possible but you have to be highly organized and although I'm trying to be wise, I don't have the time to coupon as much as I did back then. Anyway, some of the good habits follow like waiting for a good piece of furniture at the resale shop to go on sale and saving a bit each week for the big things and stuff like that.
ReplyDeleteAnd the midnight run... I would so join you on that one!!
Hope your birthday was fun. your roses are beautiful. Melanie, I am celebrating you tonight. xoxo =)
love you, lisa
